This was a WordPress site hosted on WordPress.com. As part of the sites optimisation, we changed it to a self-hosted WP site hosted on A2Hosting.com.

The original benchmark SEPs report is below… Note that this business is in Vanuatu, and most customers are from New Zealand and Australia. The search volumes for relevant keyword phrases are low – often showing as “0” which in Google’s parlance is actually “less than 10“

Local 3 Pack
The Local Pack rankings are the icing on the cake… Its proven impossible to get the Google Business profile verified so far. There’s no street numbers, no mail delivery, only post office boxes. No phone or email verification option… However, Google is displaying the review that was added at some point… sometimes, nothing makes sense.
